Career Record: 267-115 (.699); 12 years
Mike Jordan enters his 14th season at the helm of the New Mexico State volleyball program after his team finished second in the Western Athletic Conference for the fifth time in six years while going 12-4 in league play. In 2010, Jordan led his team to an 18-13 record.
Jordan, the most successful coach in NM State volleyball history (285-128), let his accolades speak for themselves as he was named coach of the year five times in his career, three times with the WAC (2005, 2006, 2008) and twice with the Sun Belt Conference (2003, 2004).
Jordan has led the Aggies to the NCAA Tournament five times over the past eight seasons (2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008). The Aggies advanced to the second round of the tournament for the first time in program history when they defeated St. Mary's College 3-1 in Berkley, Calif., in the 2008 tournament.

Al Rosen
Al has over 10 years head coaching experience in Texas and New Mexico. In 2010 he won the New Mexico class 5A state high school volleyball championship. He was the New Mexico Coach of the year in 2007 and 2010.
Al also served as the Head coach of the New Mexico 5A All-star team in 2009. Under his leadership he has lead his high school team to four State Quarter finals (2006, 2007, 2008, 2010) and two State semifinal appearances (2009, 2010).
As a club volleyball coach he has demonstrated the same success. He has been the head coach of the Wildfire Volleyball club since 2006. He has won 4 consecutive Regional Championships (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010). All four years his team has qualified for the USA National Volleyball Championships. In 2008 his team took 1st place at the Colorado Crossroads National Qualifier and received an automatic bid to the National Championships.
Coach Rosen has produced numerous collegiate players during his tenure as head coach of the Wildfire Volleyball Club.
As well as being a successful head coach, Al was also a successful player. He attended Punahou High in Hawaii where he won back to back state titles. He then continued his volleyball carrier playing at the University of Hawaii for Coach Dave Shoji.

Keith Rubio
New Mexico State
Assistant Volleyball Coach
Before coming to New Mexico State, Rubio spent seven seasons as head coach at Quincy University in Quincy, Ill. He guided the Hawks to 13 wins in 2008 and increased the teams win total in his first three years. He also led the Hawks to a 19-14 record in 2007, their highest win total since 1998.
Rubio was the assistant head coach of the women's volleyball team at the University of Oregon (2002-03). He worked as the program's recruiting coordinator and camp director. He also worked with the setters, middle hitters and liberos.
Rubio has also worked as a first assistant at Boise State University from 1998-2001. There he picked up experience with training and teaching the setters, recruiting, scouting, running of summer camps and community relations, and also scheduling.
He was a volunteer assistant at the University of Southern California in 1996-1998, where he also took on similar responsibilities.
Rubio graduated from Cal-State Northridge in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology.
